A dream team of runners came together for the first Lambeth group run of 2022 🥳

We were without our usual AA, Yianny, but that didn’t stop us! Sam, the AA for Southwark, got us warmed up before we split into two groups (a direct route and a very slightly longer route) to head to Jubilee Primary School.

Once there, we were briefed on what needed doing - a bit of feng shui for the area next to the bins and removing weeds and excess moss from the sides of the car park.

We got that done in no time at all so Chi stepped in to give us a quick workout 🏋️‍♀️ including various squat jumps, lunges, tricep dips, press ups and wall sits.

Once our legs were about ready to turn into jelly, we had a group photo in the playground and headed back to base for a warm down.

What a way to start the year! Nice one everyone 💪
