Maybe it's because of January challenge. Maybe it's because providing much needed high fives to 150 kids is an awesome way to start the day. Either way, this morning, 13 goodgym runners headed to help out at Cardiff junior parkrun for the third week in a row.

Despite the pouring rain they cheered, they marshalled, they high fived, they scanned, they fist bumped, they double high fived.

The kids and parents ran, they skipped, they smiled, they stropped, they high fived, they smashed it.

GGC&V members will no doubt be back throughout the year as its a perfect kind of way to start a Sunday.
