On a chilly (but dry) Wednesday evening, 4 GoodGym Leeds members: Katie, Gemma, Suzie and Bethany met in West Park ready to plog (litter pick _ run/jog).

Armed with newly purchased litter pickers and a stash of purple bags, the GoodGym gang made their way up and down the streets, picking up pieces of litter as they went. The group stayed together for the session so that they could chat and catch up on the weeks events as they collected litter on the street. Weirdest items included a shoe and a pile of fluff that seemed never ending.

P.s. sorry for the sligthly blurry photo - cold hands didn't make it easy to get a good shot!

GoodGym Leeds will be plogging again next Wednesday and on the 22nd, they will be heading over to Woodhouse Moor for a parkrun and a catch up at Coffee on the Crescent. It would be great to see you there!
