18:00 - 19:45Clean 120 folding chairs at the school. This is an indoor session & we'll do a run beforehand. If you want to meet at the school, please arrive for 6.30 at Shire Oak Primary School, Headingley, LS6. Please bring some suitable gloves to wear as we'll be handling chemicals.
We support new runners, but please ensure you can run for around 2K without stopping before you join in. A lot of members meet at the task & don't run.

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety when running and at a task.
Please remember to bring some protective gloves to this session as we will be using cleaning products.
