Lewisham Report written by Paul B (he, him, me duck)
It seemed to be an epic battle to get one small bag of washing done for the flat bound Mr T. This was the fourth visit over three missions and ten days to get it done. Today’s trip was by two buses each way as I’d already done my long run.

A session with two purposes at the garden at St Mary's, the first was to walk with my 'coach' and her carer and introduce them to the people running the Tuesday gardening project and then do some work myself. It was a real success on both fronts - Coach M had a lovely time. I was trusted with turning and moving compost!

This was the third attempt at sorting a load of washing out for flat bound Mr T - he lives in a block of flats with a washing machine he can’t get to due to an operation. For the third time it was full of someone else’s washing had been left after the cycle ended.
We’d worked out a plan B for this time - I’d take it to a laundrette for him. It’s not ideal as it is a couple of miles from his home. I am working on a plan c for next time.
The ticket implies that I am part of the washing…
