Report written by Michael
A smaller group tonight, but still plenty to get on with. We met up as usual outside Sports Wales National Centre, we split into a o couple of groups still.
As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the wonderful Lorraine who had put out some water for us to rehydrate - very important. Today was all about tidying up the yard, recently Samye have started up their Tibetan Tea Rooms and part of this will be growing some food outside the centre to use in their yummy food.
For 30 minutes we weeded around the entrance gate, in-front of the raised beds that were blooming with all the bulbs that we had planted previously, and of course around the front of the building where the salad plants will be going.
As soon as we were done we made our way inside to eat some yummy goodies - including the ginger snap cookies that had been made just before the run by Michael. Fully fueled we made our way back to the start for a nice stretch and further catch up.
