A gang of jolly Goodgymers met at the Poppleton centre for a spot of exercise in the summer sun
We had three group - long and fast, medium and steady and the slow walkers.
We arrived back and were rewarded with delicious pizza and good chat

This will improve the access to a dedicated green space for autistic children and young adults . Many struggle to leave the home due to high anxiety. This wild place can give them to space to relax and garden with their families.
