Paddy Power!

A hardy team of GoodGymers from Portsmouth and Greenwich battled the elements at the St Patrick's Day Duathlon in Southsea. Absolutely epic work from everyone who took part. Brilliant GG advertising as we had representatives in every catagory.

Geraldine and Jc came to Portsmouth especially for the event, and absolutely smashed their first ever Duathlon! Great work, guys! Dave and I, the other Duathlon Virgins, were not as brave and took part in Sprint distance.

Wilson's completion of the Long course was monumental - 7km run, 37km bike and 5km run. I can't even imagine their jelly legs after!
