Too tired for a proper report... but thank you to all the amazing supporters who gave our runners a boost as they took on the UK's favourite 10-Miler!* And congratulations to all who took part - you did GoodGym proud!

We spent a very pleasant half an hour, in good company cleaning up part of the beautiful Milton Park. We filled three medium-sized bags mostly with small bits of food wrappers and cigarette butts.

We were joined by two gorgeous min-GGers for this pick who supervised our work.

The area was quickly cleaned, apart from one frustrating plastic bag that was just out of reach, despite Laura's valliant stretch!
