Giving good pace at Southsea Parkrun - shell yeah!

A beautiful but very chilly morning for a run at the seaside! The direction of the cold wind was slightly in our favour, slowing us down on the way out but allowing us to enjoy the sunshine and the sea views on the return 2.5k!

A big Goodgym round of applause for: * Jen's first Parkrun! * Rosie's unexpected PB! * Maura's massive two minute PB! Run in style/ disguise in celebrity mirrored sunglasses. * Tracy for increasing her recent run to walk ratio; and * Judy for arriving weighed down by buckets, litter pickers and gloves for our next task.. (don't worry she didn't run with them).
