Following Mr M's recent stroke, he has found it increasingly difficult to maintain his home environment, including gardening and cleaning, tasks he previously managed to a good standard. The garden represents an important and safe space for the couple, particularly as his wife, the cared-for person, is no longer able to access the community.

Mrs L suffers many health conditions, including mobility difficulties. It would be great for her mental health if she is able to access her garden again and spend some time outside where she can enjoy the fresh air. She has indicated tha that she would love to be able to sit outside in her garden again but currently feels that she cannot be outside safely due to the accumulation of items on the patio and the overgrown weeds.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.

Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
