So as part of our GoodGym Cardiff x Goodgym Liverpool weekend, we thought there needed to be an opportunity to gain a good deed!
The organisers of Dolgellau Parkrun are super excited to have us carry out a hi viz takeover! It is a fairly small event, and they only usually have around 12 volunteers so we will set a limit at 15 of us and the rest of us can be parkrun tourists and run or go along and cheer and support. If there are 2 or 3 more really wanting to volunteer, I will ask if we can double up a couple of marshal points.
