Summer loving

Today Norwich Goodgymers Emily Rivers and Brad Day are getting married at 2pm so Brad decided to Catton Parkrun with his some of his family, while his son and other family members watched. Dressed appropriately he made his way around the course on a VERY hot morning. Good luck later in your wedding apparel. Becks (&Emrys) cooling in the woods, Me on finish tokens, Susanna trying Number checking for the first time (very well done) & Roisin out on the course were the Goodgym volunteers today with Jonathan, Simon E and of course Brad flying the running flag for Goodgym. Everyone took the course very steady today, and no one brought their Barkrunners to run the course, far to hot.
