Track Attack Time Trial returns for our July edition on a very sunny Sunday morning!
We started with a 5km (12.5 lap) endurance run on Victoria Park track with Simon, Matthew, Harvey, Paul and Rain. John helped out with stopwatch duties.
Straight after a tough run, Simon, Matt, Harvey, Paul and John followed up with a speedy 1 mile (4 lap) tempo run.
Wonderful running everyone. Great to enjoy coffee, breakfast and refreshments afterwards over at the Hub Café.
