19:00 - 20:00This time we are going for a tempo run - a sustained effort run at about 70% of your maximum effort . It will help to build up your body’s ability to run faster for longer. The route is 8km long and we will be doing run backs every kilometer - runners at the front coming bact to runners at the back - so that we all stay relatively together. It means that faster people will run more than 8km. I plan to run at around 4:45min/km. Meet me on Hob Moor , at the tarmac paths junction.
