Deadheading at Northways

Five GoodGym members gathered to help at Northway Gardens. We met with Brian who directed us to remove cuttings of brambles to another part of the garden. He then demonstrated how to deadhead the daffodils that had seen the best of spring. Required to keep the plants strong and healthy for next year. When we had finished three of us went on a short run along Muttton Brook to Lyttelton playing field and a Beautiful view over the suburb as the sunset.
