Who let the dogs out...?
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

Three Good Gymers went to lend a hand packing food parcels at St George's Harbour church weekly food bank. We unpacked tins, weighed out food parcels, and enjoyed wheeling shopping trollies through the church's stunning main hall. We enjoyed a visit from the cutest dog ever, Obi, and were even given some free carrots for our service! Thanks Bev, Abby and Lisa - see you next week!
