THE LOCKDOWN CHALLENGE 🏃♀️🏃♂️🚴🎒
6 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Bexley.

This week i set the up the Lockdown Challenge for all the Bexley Goodgymers, to be fare it was open to all goodgymers and it still is if ypu want to add something different to your norm.
The challenge was to spell the word Lockdown from 8 different streets in letter order. The challenge got quite popular here in Bexley as word got out and alot of peeps outside of Goodgym also started putting their completed challenge up on the net. As a goodgym coach this makes me feel great that our group got others in the community up and moving.
