Hi, my names Tim. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in running for beginners to Ultra runners.
So we had a delayed start but all was good in the end. Starting off with a warm up it wasn't to long before the fun began. The session was a full tabata of 20 seconds work - 10 seconds rest and yep, it burnt a tad.
- Round One scissor crunch / Bridge pulses
- Round 2 plank punch outs / plank elbows to hands
- Round 3 slow bicycles / hand sliders
- Round 4 plank kicks / reverse plank
We hoped you enjoyed it team and hopefully we'll see you at the next one, Tim
Team, we’re needed at the Danson Youth centre this coming Tuesday morning for our usual tidy up. It would be great to have your help with this one as they are keen to reopen safely.
Let’s help them get it all ready so the children can get back using the facility..........
Hi Goodgymers, we’ve got our first Monday evening group run / walk out. We’ve been ask to help leaflets in our community to help those who are worried about, or aren’t on how to go about getting the covid vaccine. As a community we have to keep everyone informed about how and why everyone in our community needs to be vaccinated.
Being our first get together since early last year it would be just awesome to finally run and walk with you all again. So come on, put this date in your diaries and let’s get active............ Tim
First time for me on zooooooom so should be a laugh if nothing else 🤣
Come and join the Bexley Goodgymers for a core blast workout. Working on 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, it’s going to be easy, or is it!!?

What a glorious morning for a community mission. Today we were at the Bexley Food Bank helping loading vans as they arrived. It was great to get out and meet some of the gang for the first time in a long time and hopefully as the weeks roll on more of us can get out again.
Katrin, Danielle and Nick made it look easy as they loaded the VW up to breaking point 🤪🤪. We Food Bank has also found a new home in Erith so it will be all hands on deck helping them move when the time comes.
Thanks again for all your help today ladies and gents, see ya at the next mission 🙌🏻

So only a few of us were brave enough to let the coin decide our fate. i gotta say it wasn't a pretty sight in my household. I heard from Sarah and Johnny that their fate was as nice as it could of been with heads and tails coming at them in equal amounts. Caz on the other hand could move her arms the next day from all the push ups she had to do................
