Lightning, lightning, not very frightening

For various reasons – not least the ominous thunder approaching – tonight's plogging mission in Stirchley was a short one. In the end the rain came but there was no lightning to be seen, so our fearless group carried on until we'd almost filled one bag of recycling and one of rubbish.

Among the litter was two books on cooking outside – perhaps we'd disturbed an al fresco kitchen?

We'll be back next week for a longer litter-picking session and short run, weather permitting!
