Following the success of our pacing and volunteering event earlier in the year, we have another chance to head back to Graves parkrun to help those improving their times!

If you'd like to help out sign up here and drop an email to graves@parkrun.com including the following details...

The role you'd like, whether that's pacing, something else, or lucky dip! Your name and your parkrun barcode (you must be registered with parkrun to volunteer at their events) and finally mention you're from GoodGym and the date of the event, Saturday 3rd August.

If you've any questions, drop a message in the Whatsapp chat or message Steve G directly (he'll be Run Director that day).
