Pacing and Volunteering takeover at Graves parkrun
Helping improving participants and giving the regular volunteers a chance to run!
Following the success of our pacing and volunteering event earlier in the year, we have another chance to head back to Graves parkrun to help those improving their times!
If you'd like to help out sign up here and drop an email to email@example.com including the following details...
The role you'd like, whether that's pacing, something else, or lucky dip! Your name and your parkrun barcode (you must be registered with parkrun to volunteer at their events) and finally mention you're from GoodGym and the date of the event, Saturday 3rd August.
If you've any questions, drop a message in the Whatsapp chat or message Steve G directly (he'll be Run Director that day).

Community missions are organised by members of the GoodGym community and therefore we are unable to provide specific risk information about the task you are signing up to complete. We advise you to review the community mission training and read our general guidelines for safety for group sessions.
