18:45 - 20:30This week we will head to St Mary the Virgin, Lewisham. We will be clearing the overgrown areas around the tombs, raking up leaves and clearing the paths. If time allows then we'll also be clearing the ivy from the historic tombs. This will be a run of around 3km in total, making use of Ladywell Fields for our fitness session, ideal if you are new to group runs and maybe not ready to run further.
If you are new to GoodGym, expect to be made to feel very welcome, we don't leave anyone behind and we chat as we run. We also have access to lockers and changing rooms at Glass Mill, make sure you bring a (returnable) £1 coin to use these.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Glass Mill Leisure Centre, and Glass Mill Leisure Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
