A pre-run (prun) lap of Queens Square led by the fitness fanatic Chris was a great warm-up as we waited for Alice W who then led the run to Brunswick Cemetery (and back) - she kept us guessing which way she would take us!

The Friends of Brunswick Cemetery were absent tonight, but had left is the dumpy sacks and we soon began to fill them, aided by the tools that Vaguely Northern Darren had heroically carried in his rucksack all the way there!

Chris B and Chris L had never worked on the spiral path, so we remedied that omission from their GoodGym portfolio of tasks!

The darkness seemed to drop like a stone (bring head torches next week!) and Alice led us on another mystery run back to workout.

Birthday pint purchased (thanks Alice) and it was soon time to return home, everyone jealous of Vaguely Northern Darren's planned birthday beans on toast.
