Terrible pun and photos this week๐คฃ. This week we bagged more manure. 4 hearty bags for the farm to sell to the public. We also clipped the nettles in the paddocks to keep them from becoming thorny and harming the animals feet. Also, the bindweed was wrestled with. Amazing job as always everyone. A lovely morning ๐

A lovely day greeted the GG team. We tackled a variety of tasks. Weeding around the sides of the cafe and returning the pebbles to the infamous pit of everlasting task giving. We also filled 2 more bags of manure for the farm to sale to the public. A final photo by the rabbit pen with the resident cat and we were off on our daily adventures. Proper job ๐

We did have a vet on hand, but not that type of worming. A nice morning welcomed 5 spritely GGers Helen, Francis, Jason, Caroline and this week's guest my brother. Sarah one of the Farm managers had ID some hot spots for attention when I literally bumped into her the day before. This time we headed adjacent to the greenhouse if you know the lay of the land. With an array of our favourite tools we proceeded to weed near the wall in a very rich biomass soil full of worms that we carefully moved to safe places. Two barrows, the golden and black one were were used to collect our weed stock to deposite in the compost. Well done everyone and til next time๐

A beautiful morning greeted us all at the farm. Helen, Sarah K, Caroline , Amy and special guest Amy's mum all took up tools with green barrow number! We approached the 2 resident cows chewing their cud without a worry in the world. Great work ensued to clear the side of the paddock in no time. Two full barrows later, we had time to massage a goat. I think Sarah hypnotised one. A great morning. Well done all. ๐
