GoodGym paces Finsbury parkrun!
A lovely morning pacing one of North London's best parkruns

Date and time
08:40 - 09:40On Saturday 23rd February, GoodGym will be going to Finsbury parkrun to pace some of our ace parkrun pals round the course!
It's a two lap course with a small(ish) hill, with easy access from Finsbury Park or Manor House tube stations. Pacing means you get to have a slightly more relaxed Saturday morning run, while helping other runners to reach their goal - and running and doing good stuff: it's what GoodGym is all about, after all!
If you're up for it, have a look at this spreadsheet, pick a slot that's around 2-4 minutes behind your recent form and stick your details down.
Finsbury parkrun have asked us to fill 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, so we can pace as many folk as possible. So volunteers for those times particularly appreciated!
Non-pacers who just want to run, and anyone who wants to help marshalling or barcode scanning also welcome :)
We will almost certainly go for tea/breakfast/cake afterwards. Remember that if you want an official time, don't forget your barcode!
Please note that the parkrun starts next to Finsbury park cafe.
