A fair number of people joined a zoom yoga class. We worked on static and dynamic yoga poses to develop strength, flexibility and focus.

This is a simple beginners / intermediate online yoga session designed to both strengthen, stretch and relax the body. It will be an hour + long session, using some simple yoga poses both static and dynamic, and the focus will be on mindful breath and movement.
Please wear loose clothes, you need a yoga mat (or similar) and may be a thin blanket for relaxation. Please let me know if you have any questions or if its your first time. I will email a link out on the day or on the Yoga whatsApp group. ( let me know if you what to go on the Whats App group.)
Paired running arrange to meet up with a fellow GG runner ( or friend) / cyclist / walker for a run at a choice location any time over lockdown. Set a route ( 3,5,10 km )and distance and send a picture of your exploits. Please use Strava so you can add to your borough total. Who has got a friend who will exercise? Where is the best run route in your area? Share on comments or the WhatsApp group. ( let me know if you want to be put on the group)
