18:30 - 19:30Whilst group runs are suspended we’re challenging ourselves to keep happy, healthy and connected by organising fitness sessions and challenges that you can take part in wherever you are. We’re challenging everyone in the GoodGym community to take part in at least one a week.
While - at the time of writing - we can still run outside once per day (strictly observing the social distancing guidance) this week's GG Ipswich Training Session challenge is to run 5k with a twist!.
You should aim for a "Progressive" 5k - that means each kilometre should be progressively faster. So the trick is not to start too fast....then increase your pace each km.
You will need a GPS watch and also be on Strava. You can complete the task any time in the week beginning Monday 30 March and post a copy of your run on Strava to the Goodgym Ipswich Facebook page.
If you have access to a treadmill you can complete the challenge indoors.
There's no prizes other than the sense of achievement.... and having a focus for your daily run!

Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
