With cancelled races and everything that's going on at the moment, motivation to run might be a little low but that's about to change!

Each week I'll launch a training session comprising of 3 activities that you can fit within your week to keep things fun and interesting.

The 3 sessions will include 1x cross training, 1x interval/speed session and 1x fun/quirky challenge.

Week 1 starts NOW! And you have until Sunday midnight to complete!

1. Yoga for runners - follow along to this YouTube video by Adriene.

2. Quick intervals - 10 minute warm up jog, 10-15x 1 minute fast/1 minute slow, 10 minute cool down jog.

3. Out of hours - run for 5k or 30 minutes before 8am or after 8pm - roads will be quieter and you'll see a new side to your surroundings!

Log your activities on Strava so we can give some kudos or share your updates in the Facebook group!

All outdoor activities should follow current government advice so please stay 2 metres apart from other humans, run solo, no double run days and start all runs from your front door!

Enjoy!
