Well done everyone that joined this evening. Thats was a tough session.

Set 1 x 2 1 - Squat Crunches 2 - Single leg calf raises 3 - Front to back lunges

Set 2 x 2 1 - Walk out to Push up 2 - High plank shoulder taps 3 - Side plank lifts

Set 2 x 2 1 - Bicycle crunches 2 - Tricep dips 3 - Plank Jacks

The Xmas fun is over and we have had a lot to eat and drink, we have indulged in the festivities now its time to burn some calories while hanging out with friend in the virtual world.

The exercises will be be suitable for all fitness levels!!

Great effort by everyone through a routine of stretches, upper body and core strength exercises and a cool down. A little bit of fire in our bodies but nothing too outragious - well done everyone! And see you next week again, when we'll be focusing on balance and strength;)

Sweat out the first half of the week

Join me every Wednesday for a guided 30 minute workout

The workout will focus on upper body, core and leg muscles. Its a great session to get the heart rate going which not only helps to burn calories but also also gets the endorphins pumping

We'll be focusing on upper body this week. This is a slower pace exercise to build strength and get a little bit of energy pre-dinner. Exercises are focused on running/walking/cycling form improvement.
