2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Frances and Sam met up with Ms. G at her cul-de-sac flat in sunny South London. She was pleased to have us over to trim back her rose bushes.
She offered plenty of tea and biscuits which went down a treat with Sam.
The task was done in less than an hour as we chatted away and enjoyed the sunshine ☀️
