I need to practice the session which I am going to get assessed on to get my next level coaching award so I would be really grateful if anyone is free and can volunteer an hour of their time (plus a cuppa afterwards if you're free!). Open to all running speeds and abilities.

Meeting at Castle Field, Southsea; the focus of the session will be arm drive and we will have various different drills and a running session to help improve your running technique which should help make you more efficient and therefore faster... You will get a good work out and there's still plenty of time to get home and sorted out if you are heading out to celebrate the end of 2018!
