Hi team,

I love summer evening running, the day cools down, the tourists go home and the streets are ours! Fancy joining me on Sunday 30th July for a long run?

Distance options: 16km or 20km

We'll meet at Angel tube station for 18.00pm, and aim to leave for 18.15pm. We'll hit the canals heading east past Haggerston and along to the Limehouse Cut, we'll then head back up to Victoria Park where you can either finish (and head to the pub) or do a lap of east-London's biggest park to make it to that magic 20km mark.

Here is the Strava route for 16km, for anyone wanting to do 20km we can do a full lap of Victoria Park to finish.

I've booked a table for 10 people at The Lauriston just North of Vicky Park for 8.15pm. They do beer and pizza which is the best combo.
