Mrs J has now been able to do a bit more in the front garden and it feels a great achievement to be able to do this but she cannot manage the back. She loves her garden and take great pleasure in it being looked after again.

Mrs M is 92 and recently had a fall. She is unable to get out and about much independently so her garden means everything to her as she can sit at her window and look out at it. She used maintain the garden herself but for the last 2 yrs has had a gardener. The gardener is currently out of action and she has no-one else to turn to for support. Her daughter lives many miles away.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
Running with GoodGym is great because I get fit, do good and get to hang with a load of awesome people.
