Yesterday, 3 of us headed for a sauna and 'swim' at Swillington Wilds. It was a bit cold for a proper swim, so we had several dips to refresh ourselves instead.

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon, thanks girls.

What a weekend the Leeds gang had during our first trip abroad. We travelled by trains, ferries and planes to meet up in Amsterdamp (as Sarah named it)!

Park run, galleries, museums, walking tours, canal boat trips, rain, coffee shops, pancakes, apple cake, waffles, cheese, Anne Frank, narrow rooms, winding stairs, espresso martinis, red wine spillages, Indonesian & Italian food and goats cheese with banana!! Phew....we need a week to recover!

What an epic trip, thanks for the giggles, the fun & the fantastic company. Now, where's next?!

Tonight, armed with drills, screws and head torches, we headed up to OWLS allotments to fix raised beds and to weed the paths for the last time this year. It got very dark up there, so I'm afraid it's dark tasks ahead for next few months.

Winning TV series from intros were Traitors, Ted Lasso and theres some anime fans in the group.

Poor Jubz was rather outnumbered last night at our bowling social! He won the first game, but the girls came back strong in the second game, with Alice smashing it into first place and me coming second.

Once again, we hit the pavements to deliver the OWLS leaflets to service users around Kirkstall, Burley & Headingley.
