About the task
Meet at Heart at 6pm if you want to run or meet at around 6.30ish at the garden at Stainbeck Rd, Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 2PP - we'll be around the back.
We'll be doing both gardening & ground tasks at Beckhill Community Garden behind Stainbeck United Reformed Church.

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Laura by email at lauracope@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
