Louisa, Mel, Maura and I were joined, very briefly, by India, however a slot had opened up on one of the run groups, so off she went without any persuading at all! We walked along the sea front, with the waves splashing up on the path, and a little downpour didn't dampen the spirits. The loop took us back to the D-day Museum. Lovely walk and great to have a good old chat
