The hospice outreach team supports people from early in their journey through to the end of their life. We offer drop-ins, 1:1 support and host groups such as the Breathing Space and MND association social. We also look to raise awareness of end-of-life issues, tackle myths and misunderstandings around death and dying and break down barriers to accessing hospice support. We attend community events to raise awareness of the hospice and to encourage conversations around death and dying.
