Six wonderful good gymers once again came out in force to help out Bethnal Green Foodbank on their busy distribution day.

Simon was there bright and early and gets a gold star for doing a double shift outside at the check in desk in 2 degree weather and also polishing off his 6th foodbank task in a row over the Christmas period.

Good Gym newcomer Ben joined everyone at 5.30 to work on handing out food bags to the clients - hopefully the first of many tasks.

Ivy lived up to the good gym ethos by running 4k to the task and getting straight into stock organising before she'd even caught her breath.

Aine spent the majority of her time chatting (a shock to noone) to Rhio and Andy who are ETERNALLY grateful to good gym for helping through the short staffed and very busy Christmas period.
