Louis has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Louis has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Louis.

Louis earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Louis completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Louis was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Louis has forgone the usual weekend routine. Instead of lie-ins, roasts and strolls around the park Louis has dropped everything to run a GoodGym mission for someone who needed help. Respect

Louis has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

Louis has visited an isolated older person during their run 10 times now. It sounds like they've made friends. This is likely to have made a huge difference to the life of the older person. Isolation and loneliness are crippling for many; a friendly face visiting regularly can change someone's whole outlook on life.
