This week we visited the Carriers of Hope for our monthly volunteering session. 8 Goodgymers made it there tonight and there was plenty to be done !
Dawn and Namreen were there tonight to greet us as we arrived. The tasks tonight were reorganising all of Cutlery, bowls plates and dishes and all of the toiletry packs needed separating and and repacking into crates . It was a good turn out and everyone was kept busy . Also a new face Junny joining for his first Goodgym session, ! ! So welcome Junny . The tasks all got completed 🙌 and we will be back for another session next month. !

Seven Goodgymers ran 7km on a chilly Tuesday to deliver leaflets for Myton Hospice's Snowdon trek and midnight walk at Warwick Castle.
Almost 300 leaflets were delivered and Nigel very kindly offered to deliver the remainder! Excellent work everyone, hope to see you all next week!

This week, seven Coventry Goodgymers went to Carriers of Hope for our regular volunteering session.
Our tasks for the evening included sorting donations of toys, clothes and nappies, checking dates on food donations, breaking down cardboard boxes and having a good ol' post-christmas tidy up. Three Goodgymers got stuck into the tasks for the evening, whilst another four headed out on a social 5k run in the local area, and then joined the task after the run. We had a great evening as ever and are looking forward to returning next month for some more Goodgym fun.

December already !! And another amazing visit to the Carriers of hope. 7 Goodgymers came along for a fun filled evening, sorting through all of the amazing toys. The toys needed to be sorted out ready for presents for Christmas 🎄
There was a lot to go through, and some very exciting games, books puzzles and toys !
Nigel kept us entertained with some keyboard cameo and costume performance 🤣
Great task that everyone enjoyed, and managed to get it all done for this month's visit to Carriers of hope ! 🙌
