Just myself on the fitness session today, motivated myself by putting the program on my watch before leaving the house, ready to press go.
Completed 10 min warm up, 1.30 min x12 with 1.30 min recovery jog 10 min cool down.
About 7 miles, happy with the run, happy it didn't rain.
