Gwyn and Tracey helped Ms A to clear some space in her flat by manoeuvring three old televisions down the stairs and into the sunny courtyard outside. She was pleased to have a little extra room, and waved us off cheerfully after we completed the mission.

Tracey and Gwyn were at Forest Rec junior parkrun and met the friendly group once more. It was Gwyn's CCCCth session of parkrun volunteering. We were both marshals and then eaters of breakfast!
