Five GoodGymmers enjoyed the sunshine this weekend, supporting junior parkrun and helping the event run smoothly.

Today we had the fair at abbeypark where we also had Martin who was volunteering and at Braunstone we had Ian well done both

"We absolutely loaded up with B-inspired brochures, bags filled to the brim then upgraded our setup with a loaned shopping trolley. Not long after, we struck gold and found an abandoned massive trolley, made our day much more efficient.

We were on track to clear the whole run, but with about 200 houses left, B-inspired called it time to head home and wrap it up." Nick
