Today we had 4 goodgym super stars volunteering at Melton we had Nick at watermead we had Dave over at Braunstone we had Ian and at Abbeypark we had Martin who volunteered but also ran for the 1st time in 2 years 😀 welldone all.

Today I had the pleasure and privilege of marshaling at a LRRL race I was in front of an electrical sub station and it was great to see goodgymers running for a change well done all

Today was the last day of May and we had the famous 5 volunteering today we had Abul and Martin at abbeypark at Braunstone we had Amanda and Ian and at watermead we had Katy well done all.

Today we had four goodgym volunteers we had Sheila and Ian at Braunstone we had Katy at watermead and Martin ar abbeypark all making parkrun a success 🙌

Today we only had two volunteers at parkrun but they still made a difference to the parkrun community we had Katy at watermead and Martin at abbeypark making the world 🌎 a better place
