12 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km on a training session in York.

It is becoming a tradition for GG Yorkies to be out first thing welcoming the sun on the shortest day of the year.
It is also becoming a tradition that the sun is hiding from us behind the clouds.
Today we had two groups running to a local hill in York, namely the Bachelor Masters and Kimberlow Rivals, and a group at Barbury Castle in Swindon.
Third time lucky? We shall see next year.
