Tonight's group task at Full Cycle was another opportunity to get some km's in for the January Challenge with a few of the team meeting up at the Quaker Centre for the group run. The others met us there having walked or run over from various directions.

The usual jobs were waiting or arrival, so after a quick brief we set to work in smaller teams checking/ preparing the old tyres for recycling and cleaning bikes. Upstairs we were tasked with re-organising some of the donated bikes and cutting out the spokes from wheels, also for recycling.

We wheelie made a difference and were soon on our way, walking/running across the borough(s). Welcome Kieran and Rufu and we hope you enjoyed your first group task and hopefully see you again very soon.

We will be back again next month, so sign up and join us if you can.

Full Cycle Community Bike Project
Help wash donated bikes to be given to local charities

Full Cycle's friendly team believe in the brilliance of the bicycle, and are as passionate about recycling as cycling. Our mission is to refurbish and rehome unwanted bikes, minimising waste, promoting active travel and giving people from all backgrounds access to affordable cycling. To achieve this, we work with local grassroots causes to inspire and support more people into cycling, with a big focus on helping old bikes find new homes with local residents most in need.
