8 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Ealing.

Today a group of GoodGymers came together to support Gunnersbury parkrun with various volunteer roles.
We had marshals, barcode scanners, token givers and a run director. Everyone also stuck around the pack up at the end - dream team!
Jonathan had a great time on the megaphone and Divy experienced his first ever parkrun!
As it was such a hot morning I think we were all grateful not to be running!
