The good, the young and the (not so) elderly
10 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help the Somerleyton Gardens in Norwich.

We returned to Somerleyton Gardens to continue to support them with their communal garden project.
Half of the group walked the 1km, while the other half had a gentle jog there.
Pam and Cate met us there and explained what the task ahead was. Elizabeth and Jen put together a new compost bin, while everyone else removed the grass from a flowerbed, so that wild flowers could be planted on it.
My son Rory came along to do some digging and loved it.
Another great transformation job completed.
