Taking the lunge

A couple of weeks ago we took on the 100 squat challenge, so this week we thought we'd try our hand at 100 lunges.
We had guests from Lambeth and York (the home of the lunge) with us this week. That's the great thing about this new virtual world, normally that would be a long old trip!
Like last time we had 10 different variations for 10 reps each, here's the sets so you can try it at home:
- 10 Long Lunges
- 10 Warrior Lunges
- 10 Reverse Lunges + Lift Pulse
- 10 Curtsy Lunges
- 10 Side Lunges
- 10 Reverse Lunges + Kicks
- 10 Crossover Lunges
- 10 Split Jumps + Lunge
- 10 Double Pulse Lunges
- 10 3,2,1 Lunge Hops
I'm busy thinking of plans for next week and let's just say, it's going to involve planks...
