Some strong running at Southsea parkrun today. We had the wind behind us on the way back to the finish which made a change although it was chilly on the way out!
- Tim was first GG runner home in 20:32, 2nd VM45-49
- Katie was next in 21:45, 1st VW40-44
- Rachel came in at 23:18, close to her PB & 2nd SW30-34
- Rosie ran strong for a new PB of 25:40 woop woop!
- Angela came in under the half hour in 29:52
- Tracey continued her 5-10km training and clocked in a 48:17 run/walk.
